Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and cultivating relationships with commercial clients, landscape professionals, and property managers.
- Conduct warm & cold calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Present comprehensive lawn care solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating product benefits and technical advantages tailored to their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements confidently while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, upselling additional services, and ensuring ongoing client success.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze market trends, and optimize outreach strategies for maximum impact.
Experience
- Minimum of five years of proven success in lawn care sales or related technical B2B sales roles within the landscaping or outdoor maintenance industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, including prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
