Senior Lawn Maintenance Foreman (Field Leader)

This is not a sit-back-and-watch job.

We’re looking for a high-level field leader to help build and stabilize our Columbus branch— someone who can jump in, take control, and make crews better instantly.

If you’re the guy people call when jobs fall behind or quality slips… this role was built for you.

The Role

You’ll act as the go-to foreman for the entire branch, rotating between 2–3 crews daily to:

● Keep jobs on schedule

● Correct issues in real time

● Train and develop crew leaders

● Step in and lead when needed

You’re not tied to one truck — you’re the standard-setter across all crews.

What You’ll Do

● Move between crews to solve problems and drive efficiency

● Ensure all properties meet company quality standards

● Coach foremen and crews in real time

● Keep production moving without sacrificing detail

● Communicate quick updates to leadership (minimal admin)

● 5+ years in commercial lawn maintenance

● Proven leader — crews respect how you work and lead

● Strong eye for quality, pace, and efficiency

● Someone who takes ownership, not orders

● Calm under pressure, decisive in the field

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
