Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer located in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court, conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and negotiating settlements. This role involves working closely with clients to understand and address their legal needs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Senior Lawyer will mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm's development and growth.

Senior Lawyer will be expected to be superior to other lawyers and legal interns in the office and organize and supervise their work.

The seniority of the position is expected to be at least 5 years.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Real Estate Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Law of Contracts.
• Extensive experience in both corporate and litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and document drafting.
• Strong courtroom advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers while working effectively in a team environment.
• Law degree, and admission to the Turkish Bar Association.
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.
