1- Senior Associate - Corporate Department

Role Description

This Senior Associate will have a key role in managing the corporate legal affairs of the firm’s clients, offering expert guidance on corporate, commercial, and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and corporate governance. They will be responsible for overseeing daily legal processes, providing comprehensive advice to ensure compliance and protect clients’ interests. Additionally, the Senior Associate will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, lead clients through complex legal negotiations, and proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate legal risks in all matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience within a respected law firm or multinational corporation.
• Strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, contracts, and corporate governance.
• Additional experience in data protection and competition law is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in English (French proficiency is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, research, and analytical abilities.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

2- Senior Associate - Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department

Role Description

This Senior Associate will play a key role in managing and overseeing the firm’s dispute resolution matters, offering expert legal guidance on litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution across a range of sectors including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and employment law. The candidate will be responsible for managing commercial disputes, handling litigation and arbitration proceedings, and leading the resolution of pre-litigation claims. Additionally, the candidate will provide strategic legal advice, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and mitigate legal risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a respected law firm or multinational corporation, specializing in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Proven expertise in managing and resolving complex commercial disputes and arbitration cases.
• Strong ability to negotiate and settle pre-litigation claims.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and UYAP.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
