Responsibilities

• Expert Care: Ready to deliver high-end facials, waxing and airbrush tanning.
• Service Growth: Assisting in the continued refinement of our services, keeping our offerings fresh and competitive.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior staff on technique, product knowledge, and client retention. Ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and foster a positive work atmosphere
• Client Connection: Building lasting loyalty through personalized experiences.
• Team Commitment: Commitment to our team of estheticians, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
• Skincare Assessment: Delivering personalized skincare consultations to recommend treatments and products

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
