As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist you will be responsible for designing and managing training programs, developing LMS and e-learning solutions, and leading talent development initiatives with a strong focus on aligning learning strategies to business goals
Job Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and deliver training and development programs.

Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.

Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on company business needs

Manage in-house and external training programs across various locations.

Compile data and analyze past and current year training requirements.

Prepare training and development reports to have statistics required for taking decisions.

Prepare training and development annual calendar.

Research and recommend outside consultants and training providers to conduct training in specific topics.

Design and implement learning interventions to support career development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

Implement the policies and procedures of the Learning and development Function.

Develop and maintain LMS, e-learning modules, job aids, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Issue and update policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Coach and support internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and In-house trainers in delivering high-quality sessions.

Ensure all learning and development initiatives comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Mentor junior L&D Specialists and Training coordinators.
Qualifications& Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Certified Trainer (e.g., TOT) -is required

Certification in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Psychometrics is a plus
-
Human Resources Management Diploma (HRMD) is a plus.

3-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, including hands-on experience in content design, facilitation, and training evaluation.

Experience working with blue-collar and white-collar workforce segments is preferred.
