Job Description:

Handle tenant inquiries, property viewings, and support lease processing in both City and Cairo Tower.

Assist with lease renewals and basic negotiations under management guidance.

Maintain good relationships with tenants and respond to day-to-day concerns.

Support occupancy goals by following up on leads and prospects.

Partner with brokers and build long-term relationships.

Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams as needed.

Follow up on market changes and competitor pricing.

Align company pricing with market conditions.

Keep leasing records, contracts, and tenant data up to date.

Monitor rent payments and report delays or issues.

Assist in preparing simple leasing and occupancy reports.
-
Ensure adherence to company procedures and leasing guidelines.
Job Requirement
Educational background and previous experience

A bachelor’s degree in business administration

Min. 4-6 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or sale
