Job Description:

  • Handle tenant inquiries, property viewings, and support lease processing in both City and Cairo Tower.
  • Assist with lease renewals and basic negotiations under management guidance.
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants and respond to day-to-day concerns.
  • Support occupancy goals by following up on leads and prospects.
  • Partner with brokers and build long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams as needed.
  • Follow up on market changes and competitor pricing.
  • Align company pricing with market conditions.
  • Keep leasing records, contracts, and tenant data up to date.
  • Monitor rent payments and report delays or issues.
  • Assist in preparing simple leasing and occupancy reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and leasing guidelines.



Job Requirement

Educational background and previous experience


  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • Min. 4-6 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or sale
