The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lecturer to deliver advanced, onsite training in Project Management, PMO, and Programme Management for a corporate engagement in Qatar.

This role requires a senior professional with substantial industry experience and strong facilitation skills. The successful candidate will deliver structured, practical, and engaging onsite classroom sessions tailored to experienced professionals and organisational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver onsite training programmes in:

Project Management (strategic and operational application)

PMO structures, governance, and performance management

Programme Management frameworks and execution

Facilitate interactive workshops, case studies, and real-world simulations

Align delivery with organisational objectives and maturity level

Provide practical tools, frameworks, and implementation guidance

Support learner engagement and knowledge transfer

Contribute to feedback and programme evaluation

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 10+ years’ professional experience in:

Project Management

PMO leadership or governance

Programme Management

Proven experience delivering training, lecturing, or facilitating professional programmes

Strong enterprise or corporate-level project experience

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Ability to translate complex concepts into practical application

Must currently reside in Qatar

Available for full onsite engagement

Desirable

Recognised professional certifications (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent)

Experience delivering executive or senior management programmes

Experience working within complex, multinational environments
