Senior Legal Advisor

Job Title: Senior Legal Executive(SAT Matters / Securities Litigation)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4+ Years

Salary- 8-15 LPA(Based on experience)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Legal Associate with strong litigation and corporate law expertise. The role involves representing clients before courts and authorities, conducting legal due diligence, drafting commercial contracts, and providing advisory on IBC and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage legal risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct legal due diligence for M&A, JVs, and financial transactions
• Lead litigation and dispute resolution to minimize legal risks
• Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents
• Provide advisory on IBC matters including resolution and asset recovery
• Interpret laws like Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, IRDAI, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on compliance and investigations
• Support client negotiations, investor communications, and corporate structuring

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – Mandatory
• Master of Laws (LL.M) – Preferred
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
