Senior Legal Advisor

YOUR TASKS

• You will advise our clients independently in all aspects of corporate law and M&A
• This includes the processing of legal issues and documents as well as the preparation of legal opinions
• You maintain and expand existing client contacts and support the acquisition of new customers
• Independent management of complex corporate law projects in cross-legal and interdisciplinary teams
• You accompany our clients through (extra-)judicial disputes

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed law studies with several years of professional experience in corporate law and M&A (preferably in the UAE)
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
• You have a strong understanding of economics and solid experience in project management
• When faced with challenging legal tasks, you proceed systematically and develop tailor-made solution strategies
