Position: Legal Associates/juniors
Job location – Borivali (Wes) Mumbai.
Preference:-from Mumbai only having experience of 2-3 years.

Job profile: Law graduates

Excellent opprtunity for law grduates to pursue career in non-litigation practice. Comprehensive exposures to various corporate laws- Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Trademark Act, MSME, LLP Act, SEBI. In depth learning of laws and guidance from professionals having 10+ years of experience. Opportunity to handle special assignments like due diligence, drafting of shareholders agreements, Share purchase agreement, LLP Agreements, Commercial agreements involving related party transactions, Merger, Compounding etc.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience in Corporate Law is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Borivali, Mumbai - 400092, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
