We’re scaling fast in the UAE office, and looking for a senior lawyer who wants more than just another legal role. At Founders Law, we’re entrepreneurial, commercial-first, and embedded with some of the most ambitious founders in fintech, AI, crypto, and beyond, as well as some incredible startup and scaleup ecosystems as the preferred legal partner. Our lawyers are embedded with founders and fast-growth companies across fintech, AI, crypto, SaaS, and beyond – acting as trusted advisors from idea to exit whether that's building an MVP, going through a Series A or unicorn or camelcorn as they're sometimes called here.

As well as our +25 strong legal team, we also have our own legal tech platform for pre-seed founders which is growing, fast.

This role is your chance to help build something special in the GCC, while working with some of the most ambitious companies in the world. We’ve won nearly 10 “Best Place to Work” awards in the last two years – so you’ll be joining a team that takes culture seriously.

What we're looking for

✅ Qualified corporate/commercial lawyer (common law)

✅ 5+ years PQE

✅ Already based in the UAE (2+ years’ local experience ideal)

✅ Strong commercial contracts background with high-growth tech clients

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset + ability to thrive in fast-moving environments

✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with legal tech

✅ Excellent communicator (written + verbal)

Bonus points if you've got

💡 Fundraising/venture experience

💡 Exposure to data protection, IP, consumer law, or digital assets

💡 Cross-border advisory experience (Europe / Middle East)

What we're offering

💸 AED 40,000 – 55,000 / month (flex for exceptional candidates)

💸 Quarterly profit share and annual bonus opportunities

🕒 Open to part-time as well as full-time

🌍 Hybrid + flexibility, but in-person presence in Dubai or Abu Dhabi 1-2 days a week is key
