Candour Legal is a leading law firm specialising in corporate, banking, finance, SARFAESI, insolvency, regulatory and high-stakes litigation. We are expanding our advisory team and inviting experienced retired legal professionals to join us.

Who We Are Looking For:

Retired legal experts from:

• Banking (retired law officers, AGM/DGM/GM legal, recovery heads)

• Insurance companies

• Judiciary (retired judges, retired judicial officers)

• PSU or corporate legal departments

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide legal opinions and advisory support

• Guide on SARFAESI, DRT/DRAT matters, NPA recovery, litigation strategy

• Review contracts, loan documents, policies, and dispute cases

• Mentor junior lawyers and support legal drafting

• Attend client meetings and offer subject-matter expertise

Requirements:

• 15+ years of legal experience before retirement

• Strong knowledge of banking laws, insurance laws, SARFAESI, arbitration, civil and commercial litigation

• Clear communication and high professional integrity
