Senior Legal Counsel- Projects/Infrastructure – Saudi Arabia

Our client is a well-established and prominent organisation in Saudi Arabia, involved in large-scale projects across construction, infrastructure, and related services, contributing to the Kingdom’s growth and development. They are instrumental in advancing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Due to their continuous expansion, they are currently seeking to hire a highly skilled Legal Counsel with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the projects sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, EPC/O&M agreements, and project documentation. The role also involves leading legal discussions with partners, contractors, clients, and external counsel, including PPP and other construction project transactions.

Candidates qualified in any jurisdiction are welcome to apply, provided they have substantial legal experience in the projects field. Experience within the Saudi region is essential. While Arabic language skills are not mandatory, they are highly preferred.
