About the Opportunity

Barclay Simpson is actively searching for an experienced lawyer in the Project, Export and Infrastructure finance spaces for a longstanding in house client.

Our client, a truly global financial services organization, continues to grow in Project Finance, Export Finance and Infrastructure Finance and is seeking additional counsel to support business growth.

Ideally based in Dubai, we are also open to UK based candidates willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Target PQE 6-10 years (experienced associate/senior associate or equivalent in house). Ability to advise the business on technical legal matters efficiently and timely.
• Provide legal support for Project Finance, Export Finance and Infrastructure Finance transactions.
• Ability to manage and counsel on complex international transactions.
