Senior Legal Counsel

Our client a Technology company is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team in Bangalore to support their international operations.

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 12–15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts in the technology and SaaS space.
• Manage SaaS, DaaS, Sales, Enterprise, and Supplier agreements.
• Handle high-value contracts (USD 10–20 million) with strategic business impact.
• Lead and mentor a team of five legal professionals based in India.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 12–15 years PQE with strong experience in international technology contracts.
• Exposure to SaaS/DaaS agreements and large-scale commercial contracts.
