About the Role

Kolektif House produces next-generation office solutions that go far beyond traditional coworking by focusing on interaction, flexibility, and value creation. We design ecosystems that enhance productivity, collaboration, and community. Now, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support all legal affairs of the company
• Draft, review, and manage contracts (service, procurement, lease, NDA, subcontractor agreements, etc.)
• Coordinate with external law firms and follow up on ongoing legal files and lawsuits
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Human Resources, Finance, Product, and Operations
• Prepare and manage General Assembly and Board of Directors resolutions, registrations, and announcements
• Legally evaluate service and procurement agreements with suppliers and contractors
• Manage legal processes and correspondence with public institutions
• Support investor and business partner relations within the legal framework
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation, conduct risk and impact analysis, and inform internal stakeholders
• Provide preventive legal consultancy and propose proactive solutions
• Support commercial transactions such as real estate leasing, bank loans, construction agreements, and financial arrangements
• Contribute to the improvement of internal legal procedures and governance practices

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• BA/BSc degree in Law,
• 7-8 years experience (preferably in the fields of Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Property Law, Banking and Finance Law, especially Real Estate Law)
• Preferably experienced with both law office and corporate company
• Experience in Real Estate Law is a must
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly analytical, investigative, detail-oriented and good command in time management and team work.
• Strong communication skills, have effective writing and verbal skills.
• Have strong negotiation skills
• Solid skills using MS office tools
