 Role Requirements:

 10&ndash;15 years of post-qualification legal experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandatory experience in Trade &amp; Transaction Banking
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of banking regulations, transactional documentation, and commercial contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to advise senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment
 </li>
 </ul>
