The In-House team at Beacon Legal have been instructed on an exciting Senior Legal Counsel opportunity to join a Dubai based investment holding company.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

• be qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
• be based in the United Arab Emirates
• have experience advising on M&A transactions
• have experience advising on commercial contracts
• have experience working with an international law firm
• have local experience
