Senior Legal Counsel - Banking & Corporate Governance

An innovative company in financial services is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide timely legal advice, ensure compliance, and support business operations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various agreements as well as advising on legal matters across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, have 3-7 years of experience in a regulated environment, and possess strong negotiation and analytical skills. Arabic language skills are a plus. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.
