Senior Legal Counsel - Funds - Abu Dhabi

We have been instructed on an excellent opportunity to work with a sovereign wealth fund in Abu Dhabi who invest in opportunities locally, regionally and internationally across asset classes that diversify and enhance the economy of the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel with experience in fund management.

Successful candidates will have exposure to drafting and negotiating fund documentation and ancillary agreements and working with institutional investors on commitments, secondaries and co-investments. You will also have significant experience in assisting fund sponsors on the formation of hedge funds from inception through to launch.

Applicants must have at least 10 years' PQE in fund management working across asset classes with a common law qualification either from an internationally recognised law firm or in-house at a significant investment group.
