A leading legal services organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to handle a range of cross-border contractual matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in litigation and case management, with proven experience in the UAE. Key responsibilities include representing the organization in legal proceedings, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice to stakeholders. Strong English communication skills are essential, Arabic is an advantage. The position is full-time with immediate availability preferred.
