Senior Legal Counsel, Investments & Commercial

A diversified investment holding company is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across investment transactions and commercial activities. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in legal and commercial contracting, be able to draft and negotiate contracts in both Arabic and English, and possess strong claims management expertise. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, with the aim of ensuring efficient and effective contracting processes while protecting company interests.
