Senior Legal Executive

Job description:

· Minimum 07 year of experience in legal matters. Experience in working in regulatory sector or electricity sector or having depth knowledge of Petitions etc. is desirable

· Maximum age limit for LE is 40 years as on closing date for this RfP.

· To assist the Nodal officer in drafting the petition and necessarily follow up with SERC.

· To oversee the work of day to day works related to scheme and contracts, agreements and MoUs with various agencies.

· Prepare a Plan for DC visit if Non-Compliance occurs

· Support in any Energy Conservation activities initiated by SDA

· Educate the rules to SDA officials, Various Stakeholders, SERC’s and DCs

· Prepare the List, Notice, Show Cause Notice and Petitions for Noncompliance under PAT Scheme.

· Prepare the note on Every Rules comes under EC Act and aware to DCs and various stakeholder

· To support SDA in legal compliance related with RTI query/ litigation in consultation with legal experts for PAT scheme and other SDAs matters/Schemes; if SDA required.

· To coordinate and follow-up with ASG/Registrar of the state in providing the information/documentation about any court cases as when required.

· To attend the hearing, drafting of orders (Final/Interim), rejoinders, record of proceedings (ROP).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
