Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting of Legal Documents

  • Authorization Letters: Draft authorization letters for clients, third parties, or other entities as required.
  • Memos: Assist in drafting memoranda of understanding (MOUs), legal notices, petitions, and other legal correspondences.
  • Court Orders & Pleadings: Assist in drafting court orders, pleadings, or commands, depending on jurisdiction or case specifics.
  • Petitions & Affidavits: Prepare petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents for submission in various courts or legal forums.

2. E-Filing & Filing

  • E-Filing: Handle the e-filing of legal documents with courts, regulatory bodies, or other legal entities in accordance with prescribed procedures.
  • Filing & Case Management: Maintain and manage physical and electronic case files, ensuring timely filing and record-keeping.
  • Filing Follow-Up: Track the status of filed cases and documents, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and procedural requirements.

3. Arbitration Support

  • Arbitration Drafting: Assist in drafting arbitration notices, pleadings, statements of claims or defenses, and arbitration agreements.
  • Scrutiny of Arbitration Documents: Scrutinize arbitration-related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant legal standards and rules.
  • Arbitration Hearings: Prepare case materials for arbitration hearings, including organizing evidence and formulating legal arguments.

4. Scrutiny of Case Sheets and Documents

  • Case Sheet Review: Scrutinize case sheets for completeness, identifying any missing documentation or discrepancies in facts and figures.
  • Document Analysis: Review and cross-check various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and court judgments to ensure correctness.
  • Data Integrity: Verify the accuracy of legal data, case history, and client information for all ongoing matters.

5. Commercial Suits

  • Assist in drafting pleadings and petitions related to commercial disputes, ensuring they meet legal standards and are submitted within prescribed timelines.
  • Provide support in case management, including the collection of necessary documentation and preparation for hearings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
