Senior Legal Executive

We’re Hiring – Legal Executive / Legal Officer (age-under 50)

Location: Andheri West, Lokhandwala, Mumbai

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Professional to manage litigation, drafting, and revenue-related matters. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling court proceedings, have strong legal drafting skills, and be open to travelling across India as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in courts (with a valid Sanad).
• Draft legal documents — Notices, Applications, Suits, Agreements, etc.
• Handle Revenue-related and Litigation matters efficiently.
• Manage cases before Revenue Court and others.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory on debt recovery, property/habitation, and compliance matters.
• Ensure effective use of computers & legal software tools for drafting and e-filing.
• Communicate effectively in multiple languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Travel across India as required for hearings and company assignments.

Requirements:

• Qualification: LLB / LLM with a valid Sanad. Revenue +5 experience required.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in litigation and corporate legal work (preferred).
• Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills with good command over English.
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Online Filing, Legal Research Tools).

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Travel: 10–15 days/month (within India, as required)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month Salary will be finalized during the interview (not fixed)
