Senior Legal Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trademark Legal Professional with 7–15 years of expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), specifically in trademarks. The candidate should have strong experience in handling domestic and international trademark matters and be capable of managing global trademark portfolios independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end trademark prosecution, including filing, examination, opposition, and registration (India & Global).
• Conduct trademark searches, clearance, and risk analysis.
• Handle trademark oppositions, objections, hearings, and rectifications.
• Coordinate with international associates and law firms for global filings (Madrid Protocol and direct filings).
• Draft and review IP-related agreements (Assignment, Licensing, Co-existence Agreements, etc.).
• Monitor trademark renewals and ensure timely compliance.
• Manage trademark enforcement actions, including cease-and-desist notices and litigation support.
• Advise internal teams on brand protection strategies and IP risk mitigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LLB / LLM with specialization in Intellectual Property Law (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indian Trademark Law and international IP frameworks.
• Experience in handling global trademark registrations and portfolio management.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jurisdictions.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working with FMCG / Manufacturing / Corporate organizations is an advantage.
• Exposure to global brand protection and international compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
