Job Title: Senior Legal Executive (Litigation)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Litigation Management:

- Handle and manage litigation cases, including property disputes, contract disputes, and regulatory matters.

- Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

2. Legal Advice:

- Provide legal guidance to business teams on real estate transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

3. Contract Review:

- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

- Ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives and minimize legal risks.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.

- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, finance, and operations.

- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
