Senior Leisure & Holiday Packages Director

Job Summary:

Go Ghummo Global Travel & Tourism KSA WLL is seeking a highly experienced Senior Leisure & Holiday Packages Director to lead the development, management, and growth of leisure travel and holiday packages in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This senior leadership role is ideal for a travel and tourism professional with strong expertise in leisure product development, destination management, supplier partnerships, and customer experience design. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating competitive holiday packages, driving sales performance, and expanding the company’s leisure travel portfolio across regional and international markets.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design, development, and management of leisure travel and holiday package offerings
• Research destinations, travel trends, and customer preferences to create competitive travel products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, resorts, and travel partners
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive package offerings
• Oversee pricing strategies, product positioning, and profitability of holiday packages
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive package sales growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
• Manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special travel packages
• Ensure high-quality customer experience across all travel products
• Lead and mentor travel consultants, product specialists, and operations teams

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month
