About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Architect / Head of Architects Department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Bahraini national / Non Bharaini , registered with CRPEP Minimum Grade B , and possess solid experience in architectural design as a Senior level

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural department, providing strategic direction and oversight for all architectural activities.
• Oversee the development and approval of architectural designs from concept through construction documentation.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with Bahrain building regulations, planning approvals, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, functionality, safety, and sustainability across all projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to ensure integrated and compliant design solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders for architectural matters.
• Review, approve, and sign off architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Manage architectural project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet time and budget objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate architectural staff, supporting professional development and performance management.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, procedures, and quality assurance systems within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in Architecture (from a recognized university).
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in Bahrain.
• Registered Architect with CRPEP (mandatory).
• Strong design, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and all other architectural design tools.
• Willing for immediate joining

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD800.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
