Company Description

We are a rapidly growing medical device company focused on women’s healthcare seeking an experienced, hands-on senior level executive to lead our sales and marketing efforts during a critical period of growth. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of our sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will be part of a highly profitable, late-stage startup including direct interaction with the board of directors. You will also be a part of the company’s success through participation in our stock ownership program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Leadership: Responsible for developing, planning, and executing all marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, reporting to the President.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and key healthcare partners.
  • Market Strategies: Collaborate with leadership on brand development and product positioning.

What You Bring

  • Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience.
  • Medical Device Experience: (Preferred) Understanding of the healthcare market and complexities of the MedTech space.
  • Team-First Mindset: You are a true team player who values collaboration and mentorship over hierarchy.
  • Location: Residing in or willing to commute to East Memphis, TN.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $175K, negotiable based upon experience
  • Equity: Meaningful stock options.
  • Performance Bonus: Annual opportunity based upon company results.

Pay: From $175,000.00 per year
