Job Title: Senior Level (IE)

Location: Bhavani, Erode, Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Qualifications: B. Tech( Textile) or Relevant Degree

Roles & Responsibilities:

01. Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes, safety and reduce wastage.

02. Identify and implement improvements to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance productivity.

03. Conduct time, motion studies to set worker standard and analyze labor productivity.

04. Estimate line capacity for all new development styles and provide estimated labor cost (CMT) to merchandising.

05. Data analysis - analysis and look into monthly trends of each KPI (key performance indicator) and control them after setting a benchmark.

06. Create and approve OBs and Releasing style OB, line layout and thread consumption chart.

07. Department wise Manpower rationalization based on MMR and SAM Calculation.

08. Design and optimize factory layouts for improved workflow, machine placement, and space utilization.

09. Identify bottlenecks in production and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase output.

10. Implement lean manufacturing principles and identify areas for cost savings in labor, materials, and energy consumption.

11. Train production staff on new processes, methods, best practices and succession planning.
