Senior LinkedIn Strategy Expert

We are hiring a full-time Senior LinkedIn Strategy Expert to lead and scale our LinkedIn outbound engine. This is a strategic, results-driven role where you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of all LinkedIn outreach. You will work closely with leadership and manage a small team focused on delivering qualified leads and measurable growth. This is a full-time, long-term position, not a contract or freelance role.

What you will work on:

• Own the entire LinkedIn outbound strategy from targeting to booked calls.
• Build, manage, and optimize connection and message sequences with a strong focus on personalization and conversions.
• Lead a small team executing LinkedIn efforts and drive their performance through clear processes and experimentation.
• Set up and maintain outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, and similar automation platforms.
• Continuously A/B test connection requests, messaging, and targeting to improve acceptance and reply rates.
• Manage account health and stay within platform limits to keep outreach safe and consistent.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign metrics on a weekly basis.
• Align outreach messaging with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure consistency and relevance.

What we are looking for:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B LinkedIn outreach, ideally in SaaS, tech, or service-based businesses.
• Proven success building LinkedIn engines that generate qualified leads at scale.
• Strong command of targeting, sequencing, messaging strategy, and outreach automation tools.
• Experience leading a team or managing contributors in a growth-focused environment.
• Excellent written communication and persuasive copywriting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make informed decisions.
• Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives on ownership and accountability.
