Senior Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense

Come join the TRK Team! We are looking for a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team at Thomas Rubin & Kelley. If you’re an experienced litigator who enjoys taking ownership of cases, collaborating with colleagues, and building strong client relationships, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a mix of insurance defense matters from start to finish.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and, when needed, trials.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery with confidence.
• Work directly with clients and carriers to provide practical, timely advice.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

• JD and active bar license in Arizona.
• 5+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense, general liability, or personal injury preferred).
• Strong deposition and courtroom skills.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Someone who thrives managing cases independently but also values collaboration.
