Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to commercial and business litigation. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to draft comprehensive legal documents. The Senior Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in representing clients in complex legal matters while providing strategic guidance and support.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial and business litigation cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and contracts with precision and clarity.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in litigation with a strong understanding of various legal practices including commercial and business litigation and family law, .
• Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.
• Strong research skills with proficiency in using legal research databases like Westlaw.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Prior experience in a law office setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
