Your Role:

You will handle a full docket of litigation matters, including personal injury, business disputes, employment, family, and estate litigation, with the backing of an experienced support team.

You will:

• Drive cases from intake through trial, with strategic independence and collaborative insight.
• Handling all phases of litigation, from intake and discovery to trial and resolution.
• Communicating directly with clients to guide them with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
• Collaborating with team members to strengthen case outcomes and share best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Five or more years of civil litigation experience and active Washington Bar membership.
• Strong advocacy skills in motion practice, depositions, and courtroom work.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and supervise a case team.
• Professionalism, ethics, and a client-first mindset.
• A collaborative spirit and someone who values teamwork as much as individual excellence.
