<Job Summary>
Dang Law Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex litigation cases across diverse practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law and regulations, patent law, and landlord-tenant law. Your expertise will drive strategic case management, legal research, and persuasive advocacy to protect our clients’ interests. <Duties>
- Manage and oversee all phases of litigation from inception through resolution across multiple practice areas.
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.
- Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Coordinate with experts in environmental law, patent law, or other specialized fields to strengthen case arguments.
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and support staff on legal research techniques and litigation best practices.
- Represent clients confidently in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Stay current on evolving laws and regulations related to estate planning, tribal law, securities law, workers' compensation law, and other relevant areas.

- Extensive experience in litigation across multiple legal disciplines including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and landlord-tenant law.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving successful resolutions.
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis; excellent research capabilities.
- Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear and compelling legal documents.
- Deep understanding of legal drafting techniques combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Legal administrative experience including case management software and document organization tools. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients;
- Drafting/ Filings Civil Complaints;
- Draft/Respond Discovery Request and thorough review of Discovery;
- Meet and Confer with counsel on discovery subpoenas, global settlements;
- Draft Motions and Prepare Trial documents (MIL’s, Exhibit Binders, Joint Trial Documents);
- Taking/Defending Depositions;
- Appearance at Hearings;
- Develop legal strategy and maintain caseload of 50+ cases in pre-litigation/litigation with other supervisory and administrative duties;
- Review/Oversee Legal Secretary’s work and resolve pending issues;
- Training, mentoring, and professional development of administrative staff;
- Responsible for case reporting, management, and outcome tracking;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2-5 years of Texas Personal Injury law practice experience (including trial)
- Member in Good Standing with Texas Bar;
- Ability to effectively supervise legal work in a fast-paced environment and high-volume practice;
- Experience managing and motivating a team;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create a culture of feedback and continual improvement;
- Organization skills and attention to detail;
- Strong, demonstrable written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $170,000 to $200,000k per year
