Mid Level and Senior Litigation Attorneys

Salary Range: There are multiple roles open ranging from mid to senior levels. $145K - 210K + bonuses based on billable hours tiers, depending on experience.

Job Summary

Brody Law Group, a well-established litigation firm with offices in NYC and Huntington, Long Island, is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our dynamic team. We are a results-driven firm focused on insurance defense, labor law, construction law, and personal injury. With multiple openings available, this is a unique opportunity for attorneys to make a significant and immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery
• Perform legal research, analysis, and writing
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients across a range of practice areas, including:
• New York Labor Law
• Premises liability
• Construction defect claims
• General liability and insurance coverage

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in construction law, labor law, insurance defense, or personal injury
• Admission to the New York State Bar required
• Admission to NJ and/or CT Bar is a plus
• Strong experience with New York Labor Law litigation in State court; Federal court experience a plus
• Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation caseloads from start to finish
