Senior Litigation Attorney - PA Bar Required, 3+ years exp

Our firm is actively seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing legal representation to insurance companies across a spectrum of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, contract disputes, negligent security, liquor liability, and other relevant areas.

Position Summary: We have an immediate opening for a motivated and client-centered Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of two to three years of experience in insurance defense, including trial experience. The ideal candidate thrives on taking cases to trial and possesses strong legal acumen. As a key member of our team, the Associate will collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys to develop and execute legal strategies, conduct research, and handle various legal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Represent insurance companies in diverse civil litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, contract disputes, negligent security, and liquor liability.
• Conduct thorough research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with partners and fellow attorneys to formulate and implement effective legal strategies.
• Manage cases from preparation through trial, ensuring adherence to deadlines and high-quality representation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Effectively manage caseloads, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-3 years or more of hands-on experience in insurance defense, including trial experience.
• Strong research and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated organizational prowess and effective time management.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines with precision.
