- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase community engagement and brand visibility across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and align with branding guidelines.
- Monitor social listening tools to track conversations around our brand, industry trends, and competitors; analyze insights to inform content planning.
- Manage daily social media management tasks using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, respond to comments, and engage with followers promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, PR, and design to coordinate campaigns that support business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
- Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community engagement roles.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of social listening tools and techniques to monitor online conversations effectively.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns to boost content reach.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build authentic connections within online communities.
