An established senior care community is seeking a dedicated nursing professional to take on a leadership role within our team. This position is ideal for an RN or LPN/LVN who values teamwork, accountability, and providing excellent resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily care delivery for residents, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Perform skilled nursing tasks within scope of practice and state regulations.

Accurately document resident observations, changes in condition, incidents, and ensure follow-up until resolved.

*
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and outside providers.

*
Implement physician orders and ensure service plans are carried out by caregivers.

*
Monitor and support medication administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

*
Provide clear shift reports to incoming staff and receive updates from caregivers.

*
Assign duties, monitor performance, and support staff in completing responsibilities.

Manage shift coverage and scheduling needs when staffing challenges arise.

*
Address family and visitor concerns professionally, documenting actions taken.

Handle minor facility-related issues during shift and escalate when appropriate.

Qualifications:
*
Current RN or LPN/LVN license (in good standing, as required by state).

*
Prior experience in healthcare, ideally in senior care.

*
Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

*
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.:
