Open Secret is currently available through their website at https://opensecret.in, multiple ecommerce platforms, and across offline stores Pan India where they sell their entire range of un-junked snacks including; Nutty Cookies, Nutty Chips, Flavoured Nuts, Nutty Shake Mixes and Nutty Spreads.

About the CEO and Co-Founder:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest
consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard
Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions – supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments to resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure cost-effective transportation and maintain optimal logistics efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch schedules, delivery reports, and shipment documentation.
• Handle order fulfillment, returns, and reverse logistics processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations related to logistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG / Consumer Goods / E-commerce sector.
• Strong knowledge of transport management, warehouse operations, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.85 - ₹45,000.00 per month
