Job Title: Senior Logistics Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Logistics Executive to manage and oversee logistics operations, preferably within the fashion / apparel industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal departments
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods, especially fashion/apparel products
• Handle logistics documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and reports
• Monitor logistics costs and recommend improvements to optimize expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Resolve delivery delays and operational issues efficiently
• Coordinate with various courier companies for stock tracking and clearance.
• Supervise and guide junior logistics staff when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in logistics
• Prior experience in the fashion / apparel industry is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
• Any logistics or supply chain–related certification or course will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of logistics processes related to fashion goods
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/logistics systems
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Young, energetic, and proactive professional
