Senior Logistics Manager

The Senior Logistics Manager will oversee all logistics planning, coordination, and execution for the Rua Ajyad project. This role ensures seamless material flow, site access management, traffic control, and supply chain efficiency across a complex mega‑project environment. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in high-rise and large-scale developments in Makkah, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and implement best‑in‑class logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with project timelines and construction phases.
• Manage site access, traffic flow, delivery schedules, and material handling to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal teams to optimize logistics performance.
• Oversee logistics facilities including laydown areas, storage zones, waste management, and equipment movement.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead and mentor logistics teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for project leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Relevant professional membership or certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics management for mega projects and high-rise towers.
• Experience in Makkah, KSA, with strong understanding of local regulations and site constraints.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations in high-density urban environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
