Senior Logistics & Operations Manager

JD:

• Using experience and professional judgment to determine methods for improving logistics procedures ,processes and products for the betterment of the company’s operations
• Implementing logistics strategies by developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
• Developing training programs that promote improvements in logistics management functions, such as optimizing warehouse space utilization, formulating improved packaging programs, etc.
• Coaching, mentoring, or otherwise supervising staff engaged in freight operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Preparing all procedures related to Commercial &Logistics department as per the company standards.
• Analyzing performance by utilizing analytics to monitor and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high performance atoptimal cost.

Requirements :

15-20 years

Qualification/Degree:/

Excellent written and verbal communication negotiating skills

Maintain the regular replenishment schedule

BA or BS degree in logistics, business, or related field Over 3 years of management experience in logistics within Egypt

Experience in managing or leadinga team is preferred
