Senior Logistics Supervisor

Location in Maldives.

Summary:

Lead and coordinate all logistics activities on-site to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources. Oversee transportation, inventory, and storage operations to support smooth execution of construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site logistics planning and scheduling
• Supervise material handling, storage, and distribution
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and transport teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize resource allocation
• Lead logistics team and support project timelines

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of logistics experience in construction projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with construction site operations and heavy equipment logistics
• Proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools
