Senior Luxury Brand Manager

Job Summary:

Scorpio Luxe Ventures is seeking a Senior Luxury Brand Manager to oversee brand strategy, premium customer experience initiatives, marketing coordination, and brand operations within our growing luxury lifestyle organization in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys building premium brand experiences, supporting marketing initiatives, managing brand operations, and coordinating cross-functional activities in a high-end retail and lifestyle environment. The successful candidate will help strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and operational excellence across multiple projects and campaigns.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily luxury brand operations and marketing coordination activities
• Support brand strategy initiatives and premium customer engagement efforts
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, retail, and operations teams
• Monitor campaign timelines, brand performance, and operational workflows
• Help improve brand consistency and customer experience standards
• Assist with project coordination, reporting, and operational planning
• Support promotional activities, partnerships, and branding initiatives
• Maintain quality standards across brand and customer experience activities
• Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Contribute ideas that improve brand visibility and operational performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in brand management, luxury retail, marketing, customer experience, business operations, or project coordination preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and operational priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Interest in luxury retail, premium branding, or lifestyle industries is beneficial
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
