Senior Magento Developer (Remote - Evening Shift)

THQ Developers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Magento Developer to join our remote team. If you're passionate about building scalable eCommerce platforms, developing custom Magento solutions, and delivering exceptional online shopping experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Magento development
• Strong experience with Magento 2 architecture and best practices
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and Composer
• Experience developing custom Magento modules, extensions, and themes
• Strong understanding of Magento APIs, GraphQL, REST APIs, and third-party integrations
• Experience with Magento checkout customization, payment gateways, and shipping integrations
• Knowledge of Magento performance optimization, caching, indexing, and security best practices
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Redis, Varnish, and cloud hosting environments
• Experience with Git version control and modern development workflows
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals optimization
• Prior experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• You must have your own PC/laptop and a stable internet connection

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 eCommerce websites
• Build custom modules, extensions, and integrations
• Customize Magento themes and frontend functionality
• Optimize website performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate third-party services such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and shipping providers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards
