Senior Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for all machinery and utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Lead and guide maintenance technicians and junior engineers in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, spares usage, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Evaluate root causes of equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions (Root Cause Analysis).
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements for better asset performance and reliability.
• Monitor inventory of critical spare parts and raise purchase requests as needed.
• Ensure that statutory inspections and certifications (like EHS, boiler, compressor, etc.) are up to date.
• Assist in CAPEX planning for new equipment, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Participate in audits, prepare reports, and maintain all required documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance
• Good understanding of safety regulations and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• We are looking for a candidate with experience in CNC machine maintenance
