Senior Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Must have a strong background in building automation systems and controls. Responsible to program, maintain and troubleshoot building automation systems supporting HVAC, lighting, and energy management to ensure efficient, compliant facility operations.

Also responsible for necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs. Provides guidance to maintenance mechanics.

Job Requirements

Requires:

• Five years experience at a journeyman level in one or more of the following journeyman skills: mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and/or electrical; OR equivalent combination of education and experience;
• The ability to communicate effectively;
• Ability to use hand and power tools;
• Ability to climb, crawl and perform physical labor;
• Valid PA drivers license.
